Mick has been researching and teaching effective online survey design, data collection and processes in the graduate research programmes at the University of Michigan and University of Maryland for a number of years. During his 20 years in the field he has authored or co-authored several books and papers on the topic - his latest work, ‘Designing Effective Web Surveys’, has recently been published.
